[GBS 4.1.x] Simple Name Entry

This a sequel (so to speak) to my earlier Name Entry asset, made to be simpler to understand, use and modify, specially for other languages.

It uses the cursor's position to determine what ASCII character to store with a lookup table (nested switch in this case), which is then displayed on screen and stored in a eight variable group.
